On Friday, August 5th Wharton computing’s Timothy Allen took us on an exploration of Virtual Worlds in a Techfast entitled: The Magic Circle: Realistic Expectations for Virtual Worlds.

Tim, cofounder of the Second Life Community Convention, covered a lot of virtual ground during his talk including:

• The history and evolution of virtual worlds
• Take us on a tour of Penn’s most ambitious digital virtual projects
• Describe the successes and challenges of our virtual campus
