The 7th annual Wharton Web Conference [link to WWC website?] will be held on July 15, 2014 [link to WWC registration page?]. This full day of learning and networking will take place in Jon M. Huntsman Hall, which sits at the heart of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania’s Philadelphia campus.

Each year, this highly anticipated celebration of all things Web brings together an all-star roster of visionary speakers discussing the latest issues, ideas and innovations in technology today. The event’s multiple tracks of interest, covering everything from development to design to culture, draws in hundreds of highly engaged programmers, project managers, designers, and other IT professionals from near and far — who are all invited to join the Wharton Computing team and numerous Conference speakers at the end of the day for an always-stimulating “Happy Hour” after-party.

But the start of the Conference is just as exciting, with this year’s  keynote kick-off delivered by acclaimed social-media researcher danah boyd [link to speaker bio?].
