Early morning is reserved for setup and pre-production; afternoons are reserved for post-production. Any events falling outside of these hours are considered exceptions and are to be approved by the Production Team.

Planning and preparation are the key elements to creating a successful, high-value presentation

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If an event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please email production@wharton.upenn.edu at least 48 hours prior to the event start time to avoid being billed for the event. Any last-minute cancellations will be billed in full.
