Wharton Computing’s Student Experience Team is dedicated to enhancing the academic success of Wharton students through their use of technology.

Through year-round, cross-campus engagement, they serve as students’ IT advocate, gauging their needs and, in turn, representing their technology perspective to various constituents across Wharton and Penn. Their support of a world-class student experience includes:

  • Gathering Feedback through surveys, face-to-face interactions and various online communication methods including email, newsletters and social media.
  • Continual Service Improvement through providing suggestions and working with IT teams to implement service enhancements and new offerings based on feedback.
  • Educating students to communicate best practices, ease frustrations, and manage expectations and experiences.
